14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with PrivacyScrubber PRO or TEAMS for any reason within 14 days of purchase, contact us and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligible Refunds

  • Requests made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date
  • All PRO lifetime purchases and TEAMS subscription first payments
  • Technical issues that we are unable to resolve within 72 hours
  • Duplicate charges or accidental purchases

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests made after 14 days from the purchase date
  • Ongoing TEAMS subscription renewals (cancel before renewal date to avoid charges)
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

Include: Your purchase email and reason for refund (optional)

We aim to respond within 24 hours and process all approved refunds within 5–7 business days via Paddle/PayPal.

TEAMS Subscription Cancellation

TEAMS subscribers can cancel their recurring subscription at any time through their billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for subscription cancellations.
